Oh! I'm not going to be wearing a dress! I'm wearing something much more traditional for festivals where I'm from!

As I said, almost. Your enthusiasm's very infectious, Usagi-chan. [See, perfect Flower Queen!] Still, it'll be interesting what the boutiques have to offer as well. No need to... what's that phrase... "put a cart before the horse?"

OH! Well, no worries! So when would you like to go shopping!

Whenever works best for you. If you and Rei would like me to come along that works, but I also don't want to cut into a pre-planned date if you'd rather I not impose.

[Not to mention after Pidge's birthday she doubts she can keep Rei's other self a secret for too long, especially with how hyper and talkative Usagi is. Not to mention lying to ONE friend was bad enough.]

It's probably best if we wait for next time, I don't want to just spring something like that on Rei. [Mostly because Rei wasn't into shopping the way she and Minako were so getting Rei to agree to something usually meant not changing the plan on her suddenly if Usagi wanted it to happen again in the future.
