Romelle... a latte is a coffee drink with milk. The humans drink coffee and milk all the time in the morning. [And honestly, probably throughout the day, much more than they should.] And pumpkins are an edible and rather delicious vegetable. I'm not sure what spices would be in there, but aside from those capsaicin-laden peppers, I have no reason to believe a human would purposely try to poison themselves.
I can imagine. [She tries to give the girl a lightening smile.] Aside from Team Rocket... I doubt there are any real dangers in this reality, certainly not on the scale one would find in our home reality, or even on old Altea. Otherwise Shiro and the others would have told us, yes?
I would hope they would have. I trust them. And, in the time I've been here, it really does seem to only be Team Rocket to worry about. Even the regular battling, it's all in good faith and fairly done. No one is trying to hurt one another. It's just a competition and a way of life.
