Fabian... doesn't talk about that sort of thing. Plus, he kinda had a lot going on at the time.

[It's not often you kill your dad, lose your eye and annihilate your vice-principal on the same day. And also, a new god was created at some point. Very busy day.]

[Riz hadn't really tried to make Fabian talk about what had happened (talking had never helped Riz, so why would it help Fabian) but he had tried, as subtly as he could, to nudge Fabian away from crashing into things on his blind side whenever the two of them were hanging out.]

That part is getting a bit easier, at least. My Pokémon and my housemates have been helpful on that front. (Especially Keith.)

At least Gorgug has the decency to be more subdued about these things. Fig though-- Riz has a feeling she is going to be as bad at Kristen if not worse.]

You should come up with a way more rad story for how you got hurt. Something about rampaging owlbears or fighting off god or something. Just anything but the frisbee.

It wouldn't be the worst thing in the world, but I still hope not.

[Look, she's not totally unscarred from her battles with Voltron, and some of her friends have much worse or more visible scars, but she hates to admit that she's a bit vain about her appearance.]

Yeah, I guess I wouldn't want a scar from a rabid frisbee either. Even if it looks kinda badass, you'd always have to remember getting attacked by a frisbee.

Exactly. For now, I shall be grateful that I'll regain my sight eventually, and I'm no stranger to how to ease scarring at this point.
