Plattran is a lot more equal in level to Skarmory than the next two matches, but while Skarmory may have the advantage in defenses and HP, Plattran has a higher Special Attack and a MUCH higher Speed. Starting off, Thunder Wave to paralyze the Armor Bird, followed by Charge and Electric Terrain to boost the following Electro Ball, which already has a high power thanks to Skarmory's Speed being halved by the paralysis and to Plattran holding a Magnet. If Skarmory manages to get in close for an attack, Plattran will counter with either Nuzzle or Thunder Punch, depending on whether the paralysis has worn off, and leap away to keep bombarding Skarmory with special Electric attacks from a distance.
Next, Magneton's opponent will be Nikki. While each side has one type immunity to the other, Allura is going to focus on Magneton's double weakness to Ground. Nikki starts with Mud Shot for a super-effective physical attack that'll lower Magneton's accuracy, followed by Bite until Magneton flinches, setting up Nikki to use Earth Power without being hindered by Light Screen, and repeat until Magneton goes down.
And finally, Morling gets a chance at a gym battle against Steelix! Not only is Water resistant to Steel, but being part Ground gives Steelix a weakness to Water. First Morling uses Whirlpool to trap Steelix and add a little extra damage per turn, and instead of charging in and trying to wittle down Steelix's insane defense, Morling will attack from a distance with Hydro Pump and Scald, then Brine once Steelix's health is low enough, all aided by the Floatzel holding a Scope Lens. If it manages to close the gap to attack Morling, he'll counter with either Aqua Tail or Rock Smash before moving away again to continue the onslaught.
